3.) Achieved 100% uptime of devices monitored and resolution made during Night duties and Weekend duties.
4.) Resolved 100% of cases logged against my team on service desk( The branch platform for logging issues).
5.) SDWAN locations troubleshooting are achieved and comfortable work are done around the platform.
