  • Planning and organization of M&E activities and ensured daily reporting of activities conducted, core issues, and possible challenges to the M&E unit by adopting standardized reporting formats,

  • Facilitated the training of the UNHCR project staff and program staff from sub-grantee partners, as well as government representatives from the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), on the Cameroonian refugees' project in Cross Rivers state Nigeria.
  • Supported and co-implemented 9 rounds of Food Security Outcome Monitoring (FSOM), including survey design, sampling, data collection, and analysis. This initiative assessed the food security status of households in Northeast Nigeria.
  • Conduct 75 focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and awareness-raising at the field level across 13 local governments areas in the Northeast Nigeria
