- Planning and organization of M&E activities and ensured daily reporting of activities conducted, core issues, and possible challenges to the M&E unit by adopting standardized reporting formats,
- Support the development of systems and tools for monitoring and assessing food assistance needs in line with innovative methodologies and best practices
- Facilitated the training of the UNHCR project staff and program staff from sub-grantee partners, as well as government representatives from the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), on the Cameroonian refugees' project in Cross Rivers state Nigeria.
- Supported and co-implemented 9 rounds of Food Security Outcome Monitoring (FSOM), including survey design, sampling, data collection, and analysis. This initiative assessed the food security status of households in Northeast Nigeria.
- Conduct 75 focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and awareness-raising at the field level across 13 local governments areas in the Northeast Nigeria
- Drafting quarterly reports for DFID, USAID, and other donors, as well as serving as the focal person for reporting emergency and program data to WFP Regional Bureau (RBD). Additionally, responsible for monthly 5W report submission to humanitarian and developmental sectors in Northeast Nigeria.
- Monitored lifesaving nutrition interventions in the BAY states (Borno, Yobe Adamawa) such as CMAM in addition to the prevention activities (blanket supplementary feeding programme - BSFP, Social and behaviour Change –SBCC
- Performing regular quality control checks on all uploaded monitoring data, with a focus on specific indicators,
- Involving in WFP collection, processing, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and report to management, stakeholders, and partners,
- Undertake regular monitoring visits, to review the responses and provide oversight for quality control for partners
- Facilitate the identification of information gaps geographically and programmatically, and the rectification of any gaps identified in reporting against the set nutrition indicators of the service delivery (quantity, quality, coverage, continuity, and cost)
- Led the effort and established a system that conducted 4,010 remote monitoring and beneficiary outreach activities through mobile phones during the COVID-19 lockdown. This initiative ensured consistency in data collection and monitoring of activities.
- Successfully monitored over 1025 WFP food distribution activities, including General Food Distribution (e-voucher and cash), Nutrition Activities (Blanket Supplementary Feeding Programmes and Targeted Supplementary Feeding Programmes), and livelihood interventions. Provided comprehensive reports with in-depth findings and recommendations, enabling strategic decisions and program improvements while ensuring compliance with Corporate Standards and Ethics.
