• Achieved reduction of GNPT from ~$11.0MM per well to average of $2.0MM / well (i.e., 73% reduction in GNPT cost) and eventually achieving zero GNPT in 2017 resulting in cost saving of approximately $24.0MM.
• Provided technical advice and worked collaboratively with Asset team to correctly identified base of freshwater sand (BFWS) Som -05 that resulted well design optimization (changing from 17-1/2” hole size to 16” hole size and elimination of 11-3/4” contingency casing string and change of mud system from water based to oil based) for Som wells (Som 05, 06 & 07) design leading to cost savings > $8.033MM /well.
• Developed and championed deployment of latest technology in logging while drilling (LWD) and Wire-line logging for thin bed analysis. Result of workflow led to recoverable resource increase by 125%
• Invited to join NAPE Technical Papers review editorial board for NAPE Bulletin. Served as judge of technical papers presented at conferences. Moderated lead technical paper session at conferences, and anchored management session at NAPE conferences.
• Invited to serve as member of Decision Review Board for Chevron Global Upstream Capability, G & G Ops Atlas creation, and development of blue languages for several G & G Ops Standard Operating Procedures for different functions - one (i.e., blue language for Pore Pressure, Fracture Gradient and Wellbores Stability -PPFG/WBS) developed by team was adjudged “Gold Standard” for Chevron Corporation.

• Initiated and deployed Bio-steering (Real –Time Biostratigraphy) to drilling of exploratory and critical development wells - workflow was utilized in drilling of Ofigbo -01, Nsiko North 01 and Nsiko North 03 wells. • Performed roles and responsibilities of operations geologist and wellsite services for OPLs 216, 217 & 218; and coordinate non-operated blocks activities.

Key achievements include:

• Successfully coordinated and monitored drilling and execution of Agbami-2, Ikija-1, Agbami-3 & 3ST, and Agbami-4 in OPL 216, Ekoli-1 in OPL 217 and Bilah-1 in OPL 218 - resulting in discoveries and appraisal of field with recoverable reserves in excess of 1.8BBO.
