  • Drive expansion of customer relationships leading to a minimum 50% increase in sales and reviewed for comparison on a month-by-month basis.
  • Creation of detailed account plans for to 10 customers in territory and agree Joint Business Plans for at least 6 that have the ability to lift more than 2,000MT monthly ($390,000).
  • Lay out strategies leading to acquisition of new customers with a monthly acquisition target of 1 new customers by the team (each team member should be responsible for at least 1) and these customers should purchase a minimum of 500MT/month.
  • One of the newly acquired customers on a quarterly basis should be one won over from competition with evidence.
