  • Develop a work plan on how the LGAF and FV will technically support the implementation of the LGA RI and REW work plan by prioritizing poor-performing wards and HFs.
  • Conduct quarterly performance categorization of wards based on RI coverage, unimmunized children, integrated supervisory checklist, and abridged checklist and share with the cluster coordinator for policy & decision-making.
  • Monitor the stock inventory report and provide feedback to the LGAs during the monthly LGA-HF meetings.
  • Ensure that all the HFs have up-to-date RI monitoring charts and feedback displayed on the wall of the HFs.
  • Support LGA's timely investigation of signals and verification of health events of public health importance.
  • Facilitate effective LGA response to health emergencies of new and unknown pathogens.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and supervision of SIA.
  • Support LGA to develop quality HRA and HROP for NPSIAs.

  • Provided on-the-job mentoring to private facility staff and other members of my team, who are the network officers and screeners in the cluster.
