He started his career at Tara Systems Ltd, a member firm of Akintola Williams Group and Later joined Berkeley Group, managing IT resources and providing support for EPC projects.

  • I led a very active team in the flare commercialization programme and managed a bid processes for six (6) indigenous company through the pre-qualification and the final Bid round. The program afforded us an opportunity re-appraisal the entire flare gas portfolio in Nigeria, whilst we came out stronger with the DPR and prudently orchestrated the birth of Gasrich E&P
  • I pioneered the birth of Gasrich E&P Limited and currently leading the development its Management processes. Gasrich is created to proffer enriching oil and gas energy solutions.

  • Let telco expansion strategy that achieved STS Group becoming choice vendor leading Telcos Company in Africa especially in scopes that include RF (3G, 4G, 4.5G), Microwave, mechanical and power installations. . Through these, we render support infrastructure support services to in 27 countries and achieve a record target of over 2000 active cell sites in upgrades, repairs, roll-outs, and expansion contracts in 3years. Some of the assets belong to Huawei and by extension MTN, Globacom, IHS Towers etc.
  • Currently serving as Project Director for a Commercial Agency for a global energy company in Europe and Nigeria to push in power and energy related products and projects. Potential projects include: 450Mw power plant in Niger-Delta, 30MW plant in Edo, 20mmscfd gas liquefaction plant in Lagos etc.

Actus 0.1 -An embedded power capacity upgrade in the Niger Delta:


My team at SafeQuest is working with the Siemens team in Nigeria to install 450MW additional capacity, 100% funded by our investors for an embedded power generating company in the Niger-delta. An initiative of SafeQuest Power fully backed by our UK investors.


Actus 0.2 -200mmscfd Offshore gas Production and Liquefaction Plant Projects: I am leading STS’ team to provide the requisite technologies and funding. We have entered into a relationship with a Canadian firm to develop the Plant and the project is fast gaining traction.

Actus 0.3 - 20mmscfd Offshore gas Production and Liquefaction Plant Projects:

Leading my team through an SPV to drive this project. We have a commercial off-take for the gas that makes the project financially viable. The next stage is to finalize the general agreement for the parties and to flesh up an EPC project for the liquefaction plant.


Actus 0.4 -2 x 10mmscfd CNG and LNG integrated production plant for South West Nigeria, Client is gas distribution company.

We have delivered the first budget for client’s approval. We are also working with Chinese partners for technical and funding, including delivery to the end users.

Actus 0.5-LNG distribution company in joint venture with a US based partner.

I am leading our team into 40% stake in the new Energy distribution company. We will be driving an aggressive market development strategy for the next 3 years focusing on captive power solution and gas distribution.

Recent Bids - 2020 to date

NGFCP, Nigeria Gas Flare commercialization Project.NGFCP is the Nigeria Flare Gas commercialization programme designed to convert wasteful flare into viable commercial assets.

I led a very active team in the flare commercialization programme and we managed a bid processes for six (6) indigenous company through the pre-qualification and the final Bid round. 2020 Marginal Field

The 2020 Marginal Field Bid round was another DPR asset allocation programme designed to award un-farmed marginal field assets to investors in Nigeria.

The 2020 Marginal field Bid opened windows of opportunities for my team to engage interested industry movers, especially Nigerian companies, foreign portfolio managers and technology owners. We manage Bids for three (3) clients. Each won sizable interests in joint venture with other parties in respective bids.


Shell Asset Acquisition bid

Following the divestment of Shell from its onshore Assets in 2021, there has been significant interests form industry actors for stakes.

My team is working with a Group that is directly involved in the valuation disposal of the assets, we provide advisory services to potential investors. Leveraging on first-hand access to critical data and key stakeholders.

NPSC,Projects

The Nigerian Pipeline and Storage Company rehabilitation of core assets.

I lead a team that is part of the Alcon Consortium, considered to be one of the favourites of the NPSC asset transfer Bid round. My team helped our consortium overcome finance and technical huddles and we succeeded through the pre-qualification process three times to sail to the final Bid round. Awaiting bid results.

Ongoing Projects – 2010 to date

Dangote Group

EPC contractor and Hydro carbon fuel supplier

From 2012 to 2018 I led a team that supply liquid fuel to various Dangote plant in Nigeria. In 2015 to 2018 I led another team that provide haulage services to Dangote Cement Group. 2018, I led another team providing electrical/cable termination kits from TE/Raychem for the Petrochemical and Fertilizer plants.

Siestech -Commercial Advisory and Bid Manaement

My Team managed the Siestech Bid process in the 2020 marginal field round and got them 40% stake in Benin Estuary Asset. We also helped them scale through various development huddles and fund raise for the signature bonus of $7.6m Usd.


Ascot Fabricators & Constructors

Facility Manager, seconded from Bromley.

I was a member of the team that led the acquisition and restructuring of Ascot Fabricators and Constructors in 2002 through 2004. Ascot was a mid-size fabrication yard in port Harcourt Nigeria before the restructure.


Optimum Petroleum -Financial Advisory

My Consulting Team was given a mandate to raise $200m to help Optimum reach “first-oil” in OPL 81. Ogo field, an offshore Assets.
