- Six years leading projects funded by donors such as UNFPA, USAID, DFID, etc
- Supervised the implementation of M&E policies and strategies for more than 10 reproductive health projects across 15 states and over 800 service delivery points in southern and northern Nigeria.
- Enshrined and ensured data quality standards are maintained for all projects through routine data quality audits, supportive supervision of data management systems both at the state level and at all service delivery points in my region.
- Analysis and routine use of indicators generated from routine data and surveys to monitor progress of projects, reporting project outcome, impact as well as lessons learned.
- Facilitate engagement with key state and community actors and gatekeepers at the regional level to increase project and program visibility and reach, also addressing key stakeholder challenges as it relates to health information and systems monitoring as well as getting their support and soft landings for new projects.
- Lead key project activities, such as training and retraining of service providers and state M&E Personnel, routine external advocacy meetings and engagement with key stakeholders, pilot studies etc., developing concept notes as well as budgets required for these activities
- Support the design of result frameworks for new projects.
- Provide monthly reports and fact sheets to stakeholders and managers, keeping them informed of the progress of all projects monthly.
- Support design and review of data collection tools and build the capacity of over 800 service providers on the use of these tools.
- Manage archival of all hard copy source documents in the region and in all state offices
- Provide technical support and build technical capacity for field operations team members in the region
