- Scopes the market to identify opportunities for product sales in
accordance with business requirements.
- Provides sale strategies to Business Offices and drive conversion
of customers to UBA online and Digital Banking Products.
- Have oversight of the sales of Online and Digital Banking products
in UBA.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to providing solutions/
services/ deployment of products to customers.
- Responsible for training and support of customers/ internal staff
on digital products.
- Monitoring of customers feedback on experience of UBA
products.
- Penetration and Profitability
- Drives penetration on all product lines across all customers in all
the branches.
- Ensure profitability of each product by monitoring and evaluating
the performance of each product against the budget to attain
achievement. This is driven by transaction counts, fees and
volume of transactions on all channels and products.
- Carry out requirement gathering- of innovations in the market
space viz-a-viz what competition offers.
- Identify market opportunities, potential hubs and customer needs
in order to proactively provide value adding products/ services
that meet anticipated needs.
- Articulate winning strategies for UBA's products penetration in the
Retail, Commercial and Corporate segments.
- Periodic rendition of Online and Digital Products performance
and Penetration reports to internal stakeholders for
measurements and to drive growth.
- Periodic conducts and training for branch staff, colleagues, and
subordinates and customers.
- Customer Support and Resolution
- Staff monitors, tracks and participate in the value chain of POS
deployment request from the branch and ensure that Agents and
Merchants POS is deployed within the agreed TAT of 48hours
from request.
- Escalates all product of digital platform related issues and drive
resolution within 24hours to consistently deliver customer activity
level of 75%.
- Grew sales and boosted profits, applying proactive management strategies and enhancing sales training.
- Coached and counseled sales personnel, assisting with individual selling efforts and helping sales representatives reach targets.
