Dr. Sanyaolu is a dynamic Strategic Business Manager, accomplished Entrepreneur, and an Accredited Management Trainer recognized by the Nigeria Council for Management Development. He is also a Certified Development Dimensions International Practitioner, specializing in Human Capital Management, Capacity Building, Leadership Development, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Business Transformation, and Organizational Effectiveness. Dr. Sanyaolu was a beneficiary of the Pfizer International Stock-Option Scheme, which recognized his significant contributions towards achieving the company's corporate market share expectations and profitability objectives. In 1997, Dr. Sanyaolu was appointed to the Board of Directors of Livestock Feeds Plc, where he played a pivotal role in executive management and strategic decision-making for the organization. With a distinguished career spanning over twenty years—including a decade of board-level leadership at Pfizer Products Plc and Livestock Feeds Plc—Dr. Sanyaolu has gained extensive hands-on experience in people and organizational management at executive levels. His tenure culminated in his retirement from the board of Livestock Feeds Plc in July 2007, after serving predominantly as Executive Director of Marketing and Business Development, where he oversaw sales, marketing, and strategic business development across all segments. Dr. Sanyaolu’s entrepreneurial drive has enabled him to establish and nurture sustainable enterprises in agriculture, engineering, and management consultancy. He currently serves as Managing Partner at Adkyke Consulting, an accredited management training institution, where he provides strategic business growth advisory services to a diverse range of ventures.
