Dedicated Social Services Manager accustomed to enhancing care quality and driving client outcomes. Supports access to community resources and services. Improves programme offerings with diligent research and data analysis.
· Ensure regular data collection and meaningful analyses, establishment of accountability and learning mechanisms, with regular dissemination of strategic information to Field Director and other relevant staff to drive learning and improve program quality.
· Support capacity development of Field Manager, maximizing their role as trainers and facilitators of quality standards in monitoring efforts and hold team accountable for development and use of quality benchmarks.
· Coordinate field activities, ensuring adherence to technical standards, best practices and donor guidelines.
· Support engagement with the implementing partners, beneficiaries and other key stakeholders including federal, state and local governments and other entities involved in the program’s activities to deliver on the target for the program.
· Facilitate the development and pursuit of NMP quarterly /monthly strategy ensuring consistency with approved monitoring strategy.
· Works with field managers to develop field quality control mechanism and evidence-based strategies to strengthen data quality.
· Lead the development/updating of partners Field Activity Location Tool (FALT)
• Manage and coordinate all field activities across Northeast Nigeria. Facilitate
• Coordination with NMP management team;
• Develop and manage monthly schedule and ensure up to data of project trackers on all tracking platform (Egnyte, SharePoint, NMP Dashboard)
• Process complex (often emergency-related) information from numerous sources and decide upon actions that ensure of staff safety, no beneficiary harm, preserve project integrity, and remain consistent with local law and tradition (as appropriate);
• Oversee first-stage data entry process and requisite data quality reviews;
• Coordinate with the Security Specialist to manage implementation of security protocols governing daily field movements;
• Ensure the proper training of each field staff member associated with the data collection and reporting work stream;
• Determine best approaches to integrate alternative site monitoring plans;
• Develop “Field Monitoring Decision Support Matrix” – whereby field staff have necessary tools and criteria in the field to decide if a monitoring assignment is safe.
• Liaise with Security and Logistics specialists to respond challenges during field monitoring visits.
• Ensure up-to-date understanding of guidance, policies, procedures, and good practices with a goal of quality and timely written reports on the outcome of monitoring, i.e. Target vs actual coverage, challenges if any and security situation reports.
• Ensure that implementation of field activities adheres to ORB monitoring and evaluation system.

• Coordinate all field monitor activities.
• Conduct QC validation with field monitors and follow up to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely syncing of data.
• Supervise the performance of field monitors and senior field monitors during the period of their engagement and ensure that all deliverables are of high quality, timely and documented
• Provide coaching for field monitors to enhance data collection process and methodology
• Debrief field monitors after every field work and report issues to the Field Coordinator
• Deliver ORB's feedback to interviewers, to allow them to alter their behavior when needed.

• To be responsible for the overall strategic leadership and direction of CSCED to achieve the organizational vision, mission and objectives.
• Responsible for the programmatic and operational management of the organization.
• Represents CSCED with Government, Local and international Organizations.
• Provide a leading role in developing, overseeing implementation, reviewing and monitoring of CSCED's Programme strategy.
• Responsible to ensure cross learning and fertilization of knowledge across the program in all areas of programming, national, regional and international policies and development issues.
• Responsible to promote fundraising initiatives ensuring the smooth running of CSCED and its financial & grant management as well as its sustainability.
• Responsible for overall financial and human resources management of the organization.
Signing all project documents and reports to funders on project progress.
· General oversight of a portfolio of state level projects
· Advice on programmatic design of new projects, monitor implementation to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget and administrative and programmatic closeout throughout the state level.
· Work alone government officials, community stakeholders and civil society actors to ensure coherent and strategic programming as part of unified project endeavor.
· Serve as the focal point for all state-level programming and ensure that the government and communities are informed of the objectives and purpose
· Establish community-level project oversight committees to community buy-in of activities.
· Help set up transparent management and oversight mechanisms and work to incorporate as wide a range of project beneficiaries, government and other stakeholders as possible.
· Perform other tasks, as assigned.
• Provide technical and administrative leadership for the M&E team
• Coordinate weekly with M&E team to determine priority tasks. Ensure the M&E team is aware of and up to date on all M&E tasks and reports.
• Conduct site visits during the project implementation phase for each grant in assigned areas.
• Produce a routine monitoring report (RMR) according to an approved template for each site visit prior to the indicator verification visit.
• Serve as primary point of contact for impact assessments, success stories and weekly reporting
• Participate in professional training and development activities, as necessary
• Represent the program positively and professionally in both internal and external environments.
• Coordinate with and supervise consultants and firms undertaking M&E tasks for the project.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
