• Championed the design, equipment of store, procurement of Drugs and monitoring of other supplies (RUTF&RUSF) consumption for smooth implementation of OTP and TSFP services.

l Achieved the successful establishment of integrated CMAM program (OTP &TSFP) for the treatment of Severe acute malnutrition (SAM) and Moderate acute Malnutrition (MAM) among under 5 children, ensuring patients with Complications are transferred to Inpatient treatment centers.

l maintained up-to-date entry register, inventory records for accountability and prepare necessary documents for receiving, issuing, returning, loss, disposal and control of all fixed and non-fixed assets using standard forms as per the policy and procedures and keep updated records of all lost, stolen, and damaged items and report them on monthly basis to Clinical officer.

l Leading the team of 30 Community Nutrition Monitors monthly to carry out active case search and referral of identified SAM and MAM cases to OTP and ensuring all referred children receive appropriate and timely treatment to avoid onset of complications.

l Supported the maintenance of storage facilities, conducting regular inspection, cleaning of facilities and prepare and maintain record of disposal assets for review and final decision.

l Monitored OTP performance indicators for appropriate and timely reporting.

l Build Collaboration with stabilization center to ensure severe acute malnutrition (SAM) patients with medical complications transferred from outpatient therapeutic program (OTP) received appropriate treatment and transport refunds were provided in due time.

l Ensured appropriate rehabilitation of severely acute malnourished children without medical complication using Ready to use Therapeutic food is done according to the SOP at the Outpatient therapeutic program center.

l Coordinated with the cash team to distribute E vouchers to dry food and supplemental Nutrition Assistance (Fresh and fleshy food participants) before the kickstart of redemption exercise.

l Championed the implementation and monitoring of Fresh and Fleshy food redemption and dry food redemption monthly according to the SOP.

l Conducted vendor stock checks before the commencement of each redemption and Vendor reconciliation after conclusion of redemption.

• Steered the implementation of Maternal infant and Young Child Feeding by identifying and training 200 care group volunteers (20 care groups), 60 porridge MUM groups to promote appropriate feeding practices in collaboration with the Community Nutrition Monitors.

l Recruited and Trained 30 community Nutrition Monitors and on-boarded 4 MOU volunteers from the state Primary Health care development Agency (SPHCDA) for swift implementation of CMAM activities in Nguro soye

l Spearheaded the selection of more than 2000 pregnant and lactation mothers for enrollment into Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (fresh and fleshy food) to promote dietary diversity and intake among program participants.

l Regularly support and monitor redemption exercises, vendor stock check as well as vendor reconciliation.

l Pioneered partnership with LGA, SPHCDA and other cluster partner to strengthen collaboration and coordination to breach gaps and quality implementation of program.

• Liaised with community mobilizer(s) to ensure comprehensive community outreach and mobilization, health education and treatment, while ensuring that all messages to caregivers, community groups, leaders, and authorities are consistent and fully understood.
