l Achieved the successful establishment of integrated CMAM program (OTP &TSFP) for the treatment of Severe acute malnutrition (SAM) and Moderate acute Malnutrition (MAM) among under 5 children, ensuring patients with Complications are transferred to Inpatient treatment centers.
l maintained up-to-date entry register, inventory records for accountability and prepare necessary documents for receiving, issuing, returning, loss, disposal and control of all fixed and non-fixed assets using standard forms as per the policy and procedures and keep updated records of all lost, stolen, and damaged items and report them on monthly basis to Clinical officer.
l Leading the team of 30 Community Nutrition Monitors monthly to carry out active case search and referral of identified SAM and MAM cases to OTP and ensuring all referred children receive appropriate and timely treatment to avoid onset of complications.
