Field Expert ( Project Management, Excellent Trainer & Data Collection Tools Specialist)
I led the detailed planning and execution of the Grid data collection activities in designated states and coordinate all data collection staff and data collection activities carried across all accessible Local Government Areas (LGAs) and wards in designated states (Yobe, Katsina, Plateau, Kogi, Benue, Gombe, Adamawa, Sokoto, Kebbi and Taraba).
I led and as well supported the configuration of mobile data collection tools (ODK) and mobile base maps on mobile phones and tablets. Troubleshoots mobile phones, tablets and other data collection devices during field activities
Worked closely with the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analysts to ensure data quality standards are met for all data collection activities, and to provide input into development of field planning maps and guides
Worked closely with government, stakeholders and partners across states to support the hiring and training of adhoc data collectors and coordinates Training of Trainers (ToT) activities across states throughout field activities and went further to coordinates sensitization meetings at all local levels (LGA, ward and settlement)
Supported high-impact projects to further improve and expand existing processes and procedures.
Worked with cross-functional teams to drive process and system improvements.
As member of a project management team responsible for keeping the project organized and running smoothly. The project coordinator works alongside the project manager to track and dispense all of the information various team members need to do their jobs effectively. The supervision of at least 10 Project Field Officers (PFOs) while carrying out their responsibility within and outside office.

● I am presently Coordinating the "Safety and Antimicrobial Resistance of Mass Administration of Azithromycin in Children 1- 11 Months in Nigeria" (SARMAAN) Project across 21 LGAs of Kebbi state which is progressing well.
● The "Vaccines Attitude and Acceptance in Nigeria" (VAAN) Project sponsored by Massachuset Institute of Technology (MIT) I supported was a very successful with high regards and recommendation from the donor follow by great client relationship.
● I also took part fully in the knowledge management transfer as we migrate from using Vaccination Tracking System (VTS) strategy to Geospatial tracking system (GTS) for the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) staff and other supporting partners on the usage in tracking all health related interventions.
● Proud to be among the team that brought the polio virus to end, As Nigeria got declared a polio-free nation, I still remember the countless effort and support rendered through monitoring, coordinating and vast supervision just to see that we kick out the wild polio virus out of the nation which at last came to be.
● The success behind vaccine audit contracted by KPMG across the north west zone was the collaborative effort of all the team members being put
● Kaduna state Micro-census was also a plus for me being the coordinator that coordinated the project to the success level.
● It was a great achievement to be among the team from eHealth Africa that succeeded in mapping the entire nation using the Grid strategy in capturing Settlements, Health facility, Schools, Markets, Farms, IDP camps, Government buildings, Roads, Electric sub-stations etc that individuals/government can leverage on to make a crucial decisions when necessary.
● At the end of the Grid Project supported by eHealth Africa, I was awarded a certificate of the most hard-working field operation coordinator(FOC) for strategizing in training and supervising adhoc staff in various states to collect data that stakeholders (Government & Individual) will leverage on to make necessary decisions at ease from the beginning to the end. The data collected were settlements, health facilities, market, farm, schools, street names etc.
