Identify collection gaps and recommend strategies for mitigating collection risks.

  • Assist with ensuring revenue mobilization resources are adequate and effective in driving collection.

  • Managed Disconnection Monitoring and Reconnection (DMR) Project, and recovered over N14 Billion (average of N3.4 Billion per year) from delinquent customers with no payment for over 1 year, since the inception of the project in 2017.
  • Piloted a Tariff Re-classification Project and re-classified over 50,000 customers with a projected annual revenue of over N189 million.
  • Operationalized weekend cash collection drive for the business which increase weekend collection.
  • Managed the MDA debt reconciliation project with the Office of the Vice president that yielded N1.2 Billion in collection.
