- Maintained and repaired mechanical systems, equipment, and components, including: Mill's hydraulic systems: verify hydraulic working parameters of mills and set them if necessary. Repairing and replacement of hydraulic components (pumps, pressure valves, filters, ...). assist contractors to mill's relining jobs. Pumps :assembly, disassembly, and alignment of Warman pumps 10/12, 14/12, 20/18; Samco pump: mechanical seal replacement; vertical pump: replacement of components, and alignment). Conveyor belts: make sure all conveyors are in good working order by coordinating teams for daily inspections and necessary repairs of rollers, skirting rubbers, and scrapers. Replacement of the belt conveyor by following Mumi's procedure while checking that all work is done in compliance with Glencore's safety rules. and other machinery.
