  • The items were safely replaced in-house (DIY), and the unit was commissioned successfully

  • Nun River CP Pump which evacuates oil and effluent from the saver-pit/open drain to the surge vessel was failing very frequently and had become a bad actor
  • A new unit was proposed however, I took the initiative and used causal approach to trace the root cause of the issue (defective check valves) and rectified it
  • This eliminated the threat, and the CP pump became available
  • This Improved equipment availability and prevented a potential spill due to CP pump unavailability
  • This also led to cost savings of $3K
  • Led a team that carried out 2yearly Robertshaw Panel (RSP) Maintenance DIY with Cost savings of circa > $19,867.61k, we carried out the job in-house using internal expertise and skillset
