• Company Overview: SLPL is developing FSRU based LNG import and regasification terminal at Jafarabad, India
• As Vice President Projects looking after the Project Management, EPC Contracts, PMC Contracts, for the construction of the terminal which onshore facilities, LNG Jetty and Break Water
• Review and finalization Regasification plant of FSRU
• Key responsibilities are: Project Management, Interface Management and LNG EPC Contracts management
• Construction of LNG jetty, Breakwater, Top Side and Onshore facilities, e.t.c
• Renegotiation of Agreement: Due to delay in construction completion of the facility, I have been part of team for discussion and negotiation on terms & condition and extension of effective date of the contract for the following agreements
• Project Financial Closure: Assistance to project finance team in securing financial closure for project

• Company Overview: HPCL Shapoorji Energy Private Limited (HSEPL) was developing Chhara LNG Terminal (onshore LNG Regasification Terminal) with 5 MMTPA LNG Regasification capacity
• As Project Manager my responsibilities was to lead the project activities from Feasibility-to-FEED Study-to- EPC Contract Award-to- completion of Construction-to- Commissioning
• I was reporting to Board/ CEO as project development lead, my contribution included: Drive engineering decisions or decision-making process to comply with project’s requirements
• Provide day-to-day direction and management of PMC and Own team members their assignment to the Project
• Prepare project development over all schedule of activities, plan and execute activities, review progress, and take action to meet the project timelines
• Prepare and present project progress report to Board, presented project Business Case to the Board for FID
• Regulatory Clearances: Environmental Clearance (undertake EIA studies based of ToR, review and submission of EIA report, coordinated Public Hearing, submission of Final EIA report); CRZ Clearance, PESO Approval for LNG Storage Tanks, LNG Jetty and LNG Unloading Lines from PESO (CCOE)
• Port Agreements: discussion, negotiation, and finalization of port sub-concession agreement with Port and GMB
• Gas Grid Connectivity: Application to PNGRB for terminal tie-in connectivity to national gas grid
• Discussion, negotiation &Execution of GTA with GSPL (gas grid operator) for tie-in connectivity for LNG Terminal
• LNG Regasification Agreement: drafting and finalization of Regasification Agreement (Terminal User Agreement-TUA) for Chhara LNG Terminal

• Company Overview: H-Energy, Hiranandani Group of Companies, developing AC LNG terminal, a LNG Liquefaction and Export terminal in the East Coast of Canada
• Having worked on all the phase of a LNG Regasification terminal from project feasibility, O&M and Commissioning of the facility, I have developed a thorough understanding on LNG, Cryogenics, Design (process, FEED, Detail Engineering), Operation, Maintenance, project and construction intricacies, contraction management and was ready for the upstream 'LNG Liquefaction'
• Working with H-Energy delivers following responsibilities: Regulatory Application: Identify regulatory Road map for setting up LNG Export Terminal in Canada, Filing of Export License Application with NEB
• Techno-Economic feasibility Study; Process and Technology Selection (e.g
• Liquefaction process and Compressor Driver Selection)
• Identify and evaluate Gas sourcing option from North America and Canada
• Discuss with gas producers and marketers for sourcing of shale gas from North America and Canada gas fields
• Understand gas pricing and trends in North America and Canada that includes Henery Hub, Dawn Hub, AECO Hub e.t.c
• Identify Gas transportation option & discuss with gas pipeline operators for transportation of shale gas from North America and Canada gas fields
• Jointly develop financial model for the proposed LNG business model to access economic feasibility and 'Final Investment Decision (FID)' for the project

• After successful completion of expansion of Dahej terminal, I have been transferred to Kochi with the responsibility of smooth execution and on schedule completion of Kochi LNG Terminal
• Roles and responsibilities were: Lead the mechanical team during the construction of Kochi LNG terminal; two LNG tanks with 5 mmtpa of re-gasification capacity
• EPC Contract and Construction Management: responsibility as a mechanical in-charge was to ensure smooth coordination and communication at site between all the EPCCs and PMC
• Drive engineering decisions or decision-making process to comply with project’s requirements
• Review of design/ procedure/ safety/schedule documents submitted by EPCC and coordinate for PMC comments, review PMC comments and approve/reply to EPCC letters/ documents

• The responsibilities included: Operation of LNG Terminal, Planning, supervision & maintenance of terminal facilities, LNG Unloading Arms, Marine Facilities (QRMH, Gangway Tower), LNG In-tank Pumps, LNG High pressure Pumps, LNG vaporizers, BOG Compressors, Gas Turbine, FW system, LNG valve, e.t.c
• Planning, supervision & execution of all mechanical maintenance activities in the plant including routine, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, equipment overhaul, modifications etc
