 Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, objectives and make sure it is done within the confines of the company's goals and vision.
 Implemented 2FA on the enterprise remittance system which used password and token to authenticate users. This implementation translated to 100% compliance with the regulatory requirement on all enterprise infrastructure.
 Implemented the maker checker functionality on the enterprise remittance system which helped the institution segregate the duties of each user. This ensured that no one user is able to complete critical processes / transaction from start to finish without supervisory verification.
 Secure necessary network accesses such as ICMP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP and DNS to DMZ systems over the firewall.
 Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
 Manage all assigned projects by coordinating vendors and technicians and report back to management with project status
 Coordinate change requests to guarantee 100% compliance to the Change Management Board
 Serve as the primary liaison with developers, management, and technicians relating to project implementation activities
 Monitor project progress, adjust as needed and handle any issues that arise which could involve reviewing system, application and event logs with 90% accuracy
 Measure project performance to know areas for improvement, opportunities and risks
 Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
 Upskilled myself in Red Hat Linux and workable knowledge of different operating systems and network administration to establish seamless communication between different systems within the project
