* The discipline and management of those pilots within their fleet;

* Participation in the selection of Flight Deck crew on the fleet;

* Implementation and development of SOP for the particular type;

* Coordinate closely with the FTCs about pilots selection, training slots and training standards;

• Observed aircraft safety systems and operational conditions and immediately reported issues.
• Flew national and international routes covering different countries and complied with flight rules in each location.
• Prepared and distributed instructions and policy updates to all active crew before departing.

• Assisted pilot with all aircraft operations from takeoff to landing.
• Checked aircraft equipment functionality before takeoff.
• Navigated flights according to routes.
• Communicated with tower control operators at airports.
