• Manage the project inventory and record the reports on ongoing subsea inspection activities and findings, working as functional reviews of procedures, overviewing project during manufacturing, develop MMO and FAT, review the isolation plan for hydrate remediation skid (HRS). mobilize equipment and materials for installation.
• Identified technical risks and drawings analysis for deployment of anode campaigns on the buoy and it's anchor chain 5 meter below the sea level; realignment of SOW with client, fabrication of the anode clamp and installation, Tether frame protection, working on procedures for SCM replacement on horizontal tree and manifold. Fabrication of mudmat and different types of materials to support ROV handlers.
• Managed resources such as equipment, materials, personnel and subcontractors to achieve project goals, provided technical advice and guidance on design concepts and construction methods and gave support to LWI light well intervention.

• Gave daily support as a front-line site engineer dealing with P1 (priority 1 - most critical jobs) in a rotation of 28/28 days to highly responsible areas in Malongo, such as Terminal (CGP, BTOT, MML, Tank Farm, Lucula, TP3, Lago, General, Dock) and FPSO, solving fixed equipment problems (piping, structure, and valves), but not limited.
• I provided support in planning for the PIT STOP/TURN AROUND at CGP and TP3 by creating work packs, participating in and leading engagement meetings, planning and shortlisting the jobs, procuring materials for fabrication, and installing multiple pipes and valves while in shutdown. Fixed different types of pipes from different systems, valves, gratings, handrails, and other types of fixed equipment; made a site survey; conducted a risk assessment; reviewed drawings; and approved them if okay; purchased materials; performed WKP/MCW; fabricated and installed replacements in kind or waived.
• Worked on developing the team business plan, defining projects, organizing scorecards, priorities, and metrics. Once a project budget is approved and allocated to the AFE, a SOW is defined, WO# created, site survey conducted, MOC opened as owner, inputs provided in PPHA/HAZID meetings, projects updated in the prioritization tool, new drawings approved, materials procured, WORKPACK completed, fabricated, and installed.
• Worked to put back in service two heaters that had been out of service since 2018, treating more than 100,000 barrels of crude per day, implementing a fuel train system, and refractory insulation, improving the heater's efficiency, lifetime, and reducing downtime. In the FPSO, I took care of the boat's integrity, structure, pipes, and valves; replaced the corroded section of the water balance tank; replaced corroded lines; or applied TLR in process pipes, replacing handrails, the fan section, and the crane section. NCR and VWR jobs were also one of the top priorities.

• Worked with idle equipment, I was responsible for managing the inventory of all idle jackets, and the platforms of Block 0, engaging with lead areas to define priorities for decommissioning.
• Engaged with the concessionary ANP to get the green light for decommissioning, and engaged with partners and stakeholders for approvals for the budget when expenses were above 1 million dollars. Managed and removed an oil storage tank in Malongo with a capacity of 500,000 barrels, removed 7 risers at GS Delta, removed a 50m IT tower, supported the removal of buoys, developed riffs and rigs projects, and repaired 15 jackets for removal.

• Worked as Project Design Engineer and delivered solution to fixed equipment such as piping system, corroded parts of structures, valve, vessel and tanks. Supervised the design, fabrication, and installation; analyzed isometric drawings, P&ID, valve tests; opened MOC if required; prepared workpack for contractors with all the specifications; and participated in all engineering studies to ensure they followed the rules and industry standards.

• I worked as an audit and inspection engineer at VOE for the National Agency of Oil (ANP), partnered with Rig Tech, where we conducted internal and external audits and inspected most departments of Somoil in Soyo, from its base to its fields, such as Quinfuquena, Pangala, Nzombo, Lumueno, Luango, Ganda, and Sereia. We made a QA/QC analysis to ensure that quality control plans are implemented, conducting inspections, and ensuring that facility activities adhere to safety industry standards.

• Worked as QHSE, established and improved HSE policies of the company in order to maintain a safe working place, avoiding hazards, using ISO 9001 standards as well to make the substitution of OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001. To supply and distribute PPE.
