Accomplishments
· Development of a framework of new route-to-market channels of subscriber acquisition and digital airtime sales for Globacom with 20% implementation success in 5 months.
· Achievement of telecom industry in Nigeria first 120K daily new subscriber acquisition for MTNN in 2020 with 41K active agents outlet in trade channel.
· Successful National Identity Number (NIN) Policy implementation for MTNN in line with the Telecom Regulator (NCC) new guidelines for SIM Card Sales and Registration in Nigeria in 2020 and 2021 with the ward by NIMC as the first Telecom operator to achieve 1m successful NIN enrolments.
· 100% achievement of new RGS subscriber numbers for Northern Region with the implementation of the new NCC acquisition framework.
· 100% sub-regional airtime sales achievement in the last 13 months with N5 billion average monthly sub-regional airtime sales delivery month-on-month.
· Successful development of trade partner's new route-to-market channels of digital sales and distribution in line with evolving Telecom Industry digital transformation.
· Reorganized Visafone sales operations with reduced cost of operations and headcount with a stop in the downward trend of sales volumes in January 2016 with N201 million sales in comparison to N190 million in Dec 2015 resulting in significant reduction in credit sales by encouraging partner towards cash transactions via new incentive scheme.
· Development and implementation of an enhanced IMEI collection initiative with 100% in IMEI collection and a retail incentive scheme for devices and data products activation at retail which resulted in 140% growth in 3G devices on MTNN network. (From 6.2 million in 2013 to 14.9 million in 2015), 10% decrease in out of bundle data revenues and MTN Group nominated device IMEI project head in 5 OPCOS (Nigeria, Congo B, Guinea Conakry, Guinea Bissau, Liberia)
· 57% growth in MTNN subscriber base. 35 to 55 million, 87% subscriber registration achievement of MTNN 55 million subscriber base, 90% subscriber sim registration of MTNN 7 million disconnected subscribers in 6 months, 25% increase in subscriber acquisition route-to-market channels as national channel manager customer acquisition in MTNN between July 2011 to August 2013
