- Coordinated plant instrument audit and modification which translated to a (311,916 kilo tones) record breaking cement production; Highest since inception of the cement plant.
- Carried out preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, condition-based analyses.
- Configured temperature, flow and pressure transmitters and calibration of ultrasonic level sensors, motion detectors, radars, contact and noncontact level devices for effective operation of process instruments.
- Implemented feedback on process control loops (PID controllers) and other strategies to optimize system performance to ensure desired parameters are maintained.
- Reviewed electrical engineering drawings for necessary correction and modification.
- Developed and reviewed the Process Instrumentation and Control documentation such as P&ID, logic diagrams, input and output signal list, cable list on PLC and SCADA systems.
