• Issuing of Permit-to-work (PTW) to worksites
• Carrying out risk assessment and job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Facilitate the review of Project Plan Hazard Analysis (PPHA) and Individual Hazard Analysis (IHA) with a Team of workers for various projects
• Engages in periodic inspection of workplace according to inspection plan and create a Well-documented inspection report
• Conduct site induction for newbies contractors and site visitors
• Periodic inspection of fire extinguishers for re-validation
• Perform SWP and SOP creation with a team of workers including work method statement for various task
• Facilitate Pep-talk and Toolbox meeting daily
• Send update HSE statistics report to the HSE Manager
• Facilitates monthly HSE meeting when assigned by the HSE Manager
• Facilitate behavioural base safety training (BBS) with the workers weekly
• Report unsafe act and unsafe condition (UA/UC) and update it in a tracker daily
• Facilitates the review of lifting plan with the lifting crew before lifting operation begins
• Facilitate the review of safety-checks for high-risk operation and ensure safeguards are in place and functional including hot work and confine space entry
• Monitor HSE plan for the year and ensures HSE objectives to achieve the set plan are implemented

• Repair and installation of south heater treater vessels ,removal and installation of coalising plate, stack flare &fire tube; &monitoring and supervision of blasting(internal &external) of all vessels.
• Carried out a review of the following documents before task begins.
• Project Phase Hazard Analysis (PPHA)
• Qualitative risk assessment
• Job safety Analysis (JSA)
• Bowties
• Confined space rescue plan
• Start-work- checks for hot work/Open Flame, confine space and Isolation of hazardous energy (IHE).
• SAVE YOUR LIFE ACTION (SYLA) for hot work, confined space and IHE.
• P &ID (piping and instrumentation diagram) to verify positive isolations.
• Carry out initial and continuous gas testing of hydrocarbon classified area and vessel during confine space activity using gas detector.
