I have been involved in the training of the staff of Ghana Ports and Harbors in Port Operations Management.

Ensured terminal operators, joint venture partners, and other third-party service providers complied with concession/lease agreements and coordinated the concession reviews and renewals.

Provided regular and timely information to management on the level of compliance with concession and JV agreements, and recommended actions for improving compliance levels.

Represented NPA on the National Trade Facilitation Committee.
