Scope of experience

Use of program data for results via real time dashboard monitoring of site Case Management Teams data, Research, Integrated Health care services, Health Systems Strengthening, Monitoring and Evaluation, PMTCT, clinical management of paediatric and adults with Co-Infection of TB/HIV, Quality Improvement, and integrated medical services, viral load coverage, and quality of TB/HIV service delivery. To achieve UNAIDS 95, worked with the facility focal persons in EpiC sites to scale up targeted testing, ICT, genealogy and HTS. There was 100% linkage of positive identified cases with over 25 % yield from genealogy testing. Used the 95-95-95 strategy to identify positive clients, initiated them on anti-retroviral medications and retained them in care and over 100% achievement across all HIV program indicators. Offered supportive supervision and technical assistance to healthcare workers and relevant stakeholders.

Provided hands on mentorship in the area of cervical cancer screening of positive clients and PrEP services.
