  Mission: To work with the poor and excluded children, teens, young adults and women through the provision of relevant technical education and life applicable human skill necessary to promote holistic development programs that would spur their innate potentials to build self-sufficient prosperous generation.
• Aligned organizational objectives with company mission, increasing revenue, profit and business growth by collaboratively developing integrated strategies.

Key Achievements

• The church grew from 1700 average to 2800 average worshippers within the time in consideration.
• I initiated a special program for the teens church tagged, “Teens Mega Super Star Service” this project brought into our church over 700 teenagers with outstanding testimonies from their midst to the glory of our God.
• Oversees collations of the station’s monthly report.
• The water baptistry was built while serving in Osubi Church. Reclaiming of the land from flood was also initiated and job is ongoing as I write.
• Officiated special services such as weddings, funerals, baptisms and nursing home services.
• I gained membership support by listening to welcome opinions and execute those in line with the tenets of the commission which resulted in speed gain and greater accomplishments.

• Led renovation and expansion project, successfully renovating or remodeling existing sanctuary, multipurpose facility and restroom facilities and classrooms.

• Launched ministry expansion program, resulting in acquisition of new worship facility and ongoing conversion of former main worship campus into community recreation center.

• Landed properties were acquired, consistent increase in monthly income, the canopy worship centre became a multipurpose hall to serve social needs while the abandoned church auditorium project was successfully supervised to its completion and dedicated.
• I gained more confidence as a public speaker with logical and rational thinking, precised and coherent speech that sustained the attention of my listeners, a better resource manager and a detailed administrator.
• By the grace of God my family was able to empower, developed and trained 172 worshippers in four skills areas- Baking/confectionaries, Tailoring, ICT, Weldering and Fabrication.

⦁ Responsible for the day to day running of the local assembly, promote and oversee the home cell fellowship, coordinate Bible School, Administration of approved ordinances.

Key Achievements
⦁ I received a commendation/promotion letter for the highest church growth percentage of 72.8 in the evaluation exercise carried out by leadership in the South West Region, which brought my been promoted two steps ahead of my colleagues.
⦁ I became eyes to the blind and legs to the lame. I lived a selfless life of total service to humanity. Available each day, visit the sick and make regular phone calls.
⦁ I initiated a welfare service that meets the need of the Hausa community, specialized service for the youth, empowerment programme (land cultivation/farming) and employment opportunities.
⦁ The Church grew spiritually, numerically and financially with other twenty-nine church locations under supervision. This experience gave me a better conviction that hard work with total commitment pays better.

Key Achievements
⦁ I made deliberate and conscious effort to be part of the Korean society and culture by attending the language school where I learnt to read and write.
⦁ I won the perfect attendance award and the Church grew from 7 to 140.
⦁ I established and coordinated the Asia churches, raised and trained leaders on the Bible school platform, developed a good relationship with many Asia ministries.
⦁ This experience gave me a better exposure to other culture, lifestyle and social interaction with Dr. Youngi Cho of Full Gospel Church, Yuoido in his Asia office.

⦁ Delegation of responsibility and division of labour gave birth to new 28 worship locations under three weeks.
⦁ I embraced the opportunity to practically display the dynamics of the mind in creating something out of nothing.
⦁ I was able to identify individual potentials and maximized their strength.

I was responsible for the general administrative and welfare oversight of the students.

Key Achievements

• Literatures with keen understanding of the Nigerian University Commission standard and regulatory procedures helped set an enduring administrative structure and office framework
• A father figure yet a disciplinarian, that ensured conformity to the student handbook policy.
• I left no stone unturned moulding their behavioural patterns through counsels, advices, mentoring and persistent teachings.
• I officially performed the maiden matriculation just before the next assignment.

Key Achievements
⦁ We planted seven churches and achieved the church growth mandate through crusades in some strategic locations that are densely populated.
⦁ We designed church growth strategies that best fit into the feasibility study of the people, its environment and their culture.
⦁ We raised indigenous leaders who are willing and displayed full compliant towards the policy of the organisation.
⦁ The headquarter church grew from 630 to 1,300. Ability to draw a distinctive line between needs and wants with set priorities of goals saved more resources.

• Maintained and repaired facilities, equipment and tools to achieve operational readiness, safety and cleanliness.
• Drove operational improvements which resulted in savings and improved Church running.

A special rescue mission to rebuild, strategize and restore the church that suffered mismanagement of people and resources.

Key Achievements
⦁ The mission station was revived in five months from a zero status to province. The president stated emphatically that I was preferred above other colleagues. Strict time management, evaluation of past events and reposed confidence in the people built on truth exploded the church.
⦁ I was actively involved at each implementation stage – a typical crisis management procedure.
⦁ I took time to listen, kept my words of assurance, got everyone involved in the decision-making process.
⦁ We built together in line with the operational manual and policy of the organisation and restructure the foundation. The place of understanding came through dialogue. The academic arm of the ministry was also approved by management.

Brief Description of Roles
As the Personal Assistant to the President of our mission, Dr. David Oyedepo, my duty is basically skillful administration, public relations and management of human resources at various levels. Our mission is represented in 48 Nations of Africa, USA, Europe, Asia etc. with over five thousand mission stations in Nigeria, two Universities and over one thousand primary/secondary
schools spread across the cities.

• Scheduled and managed teams of youth volunteers.
• Set goals for youth in church and communicated with parents regarding progress.

Spiritual oversight, counselling, mentoring, conduct chapel service, general oversight and day to day running of local churches.
