Identified common adjustment challenges and proactively created structured check-ins, resulting in improved student confidence and academic engagement.

Planned and executed all departmental student events in second and third year, including formal socials, mixers, and networking events, serving over 200 students.

Introduced an anonymous digital feedback system that enabled students to voice concerns and suggestions in real time, resulting in improved faculty-student communication and positive responses to student events.

• Founding member, Advancing Black Careers (ABC)

Co-founded and established the ABC Society to support Black students’ career development through workshops, networking, and industry partnerships.

• Treasurer, Automotive Society LSE

Handled budgeting and finance for the Automotive society ensuring compliance and accountability. Successfully organising the society’s flagship karting event, delivering a high-turnout of 85% of its members.
