• Carry out benchmark analysis with Strategy Department.
• Summarise and prepare quarterly relative stock price movements and periodic ownership analysis report for management and Board.

Managed various teams (average of three to five team members) with a focus on assessing and analysing various clients’ businesses. During this period, I was responsible for providing:.

• Financial statement analysis including assessment of revenue, cost, store performance, review of budget with historical financials to identify drivers of variance, working capital, capital expenditure and debt analysis.
• This includes the creation of an executive analysis report highlighting key business issues, potential risks and value optimisation.
• Also included review of client's fixed asset register & schedules, receivables and loan agreements to identify potential over or under statement.
• Business plan assistance including macro-economic assessment, operating model design and financial model/budget development including creation of scenario analysis to support forecast market size, growth, sales and market share.
• Business valuation to various clients.
• Independent fairness opinion which involves review of valuation and financial forecast prepared by clients which formed the basis of valuation and determining share exchange ratio.
• Completion account assistance to various investors subsequent to investment in targets.
• This involves the identification and analysis of movement in working capital and net debt with a view to provide management advise on purchase price adjustments in line with the Share/Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
• Pre-feasibility study for clients seeking to invest in a new sector.

• Financial analysis of historical trends covering all areas of revenue (including revenue generation potential), cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures, determination of net asset position, cash flow requirement of a various companies, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance.
• Business valuation to various clients.
• Feasibility study, design of business & operating model and financial model development to various clients.
• Pre-deal assessment of investment opportunities (analysis of entry options, opportunities, risks, trends, regulatory requirements and support).

• Processing of electronic transactions (Pay direct & other bills payment), tax remittances, payments by customers and customer relationship management.
