• Providing exceptional care to high-acute patients in need of complex care such as ventilator management, extensive wound care, and rehabilitation
• Maintaining quality care and comfort for patients with heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, and other conditions
• Maintaining continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Maintaining patient confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, calling for assistance from health care support personnel
• Protected patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
• Administer medications and treatment to patients and monitor responses while working with healthcare teams to adjust care plans

Major Duties:

• Assess the extent and nature of injury or illness to prioritize and establish medical procedures
• Implemented medication and IV administration, catheter insertion, and airway management.
• Observed and recorded patients' vital signs respirations, blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and ensured IV lines were maintained
• Maintained a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information.
• Participate in code blue
• Administer first aid treatment and life support care for sick or injured individuals
• Enteral feeding, medication administration,and monitoring of patients for adverse reaction
• Administered oxygen and medication to achieve optimum health outcomes.
• Inserted peripheral IVs and administered non-medication IV fluids

• Help women handle labor and give birth by providing proactive and helpful support throughout the entire process.
• React appropriately, efficiently, and effectively during labor or birth emergencies.
• Thoroughly monitor patient progress to minimize risks and complications, offering advice and strategies to assist patients during labor.
• I monitored the condition of the fetus, applying effective pain management techniques to facilitate smooth labor.
• Monitored health of mother and child, referring mother to obstetrician in case of medical complications.

• Monitor the condition of patients and fetuses during pregnancy and throughout labor through detailed checks and inspections.
• Administer medication, injections, and intravenous infusions during labor to minimize pain and discomfort
• Administered nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Advised patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provided case management and gave direction and supervision to nurse aides and home health aides.
• Maintained accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Monitored, recorded, and reported symptoms and changes in patient's conditions.
• Identify the age, pre-existing conditions, and lifestyle to determine high-risk pregnancies.
