Going The Extra Mile.

• I developed the newspapers’ list of editors from inception, 1973 to 2024. A personal proactive discretion and decision that the General Manager, Corporate Services and the Chairman of the Board of Editors actively commended and declared valuable to the organisation.
• I have written a few thought-leadership articles promoting the stock in trade of my organisation – Content.
• To further give credence to my innovative thinking, I conceptualised an idea and developed the same into a proposal as my contribution to my organisation’s corporate strategy implementation and alignment, submitted to my Managing Director, towards achieving the organisation’s corporate aspirations and creating an enabling organogram. I have, thus, seen some changes in PUNCH’s internal and external communications.
• I developed the guide note that the management of PUNCH Newspapers followed to organise all the 5 events in commemoration of its 50th anniversary.

• Development of thought leadership content for C-Suite Executives, busy professionals and organisations.
• Providing editing services to professionals at various levels for their articles, blog and social media posts.

• I wrote thought leadership and blog contents, including interviews.
• I developed C-level engaging contents that attracted favourable responses from the CEOs of Sterling Bank, 9Mobile Telecommunications, Beloxxi Industries Limited – producer of Beloxxi Biscuits, the CHRO of BUA Group etc.
• Facilitated business partnerships and monitoring progress resulting into lead conversion for the Institute’s service delivery.
• I satisfactorily guided Mini-MBA learners on navigating the Institute’s learning management system during the course of their learning whenever they require help.

• I provided brand development, communication, market penetration, product development support and business strategy development including pricing, Supply Chain Management etc.
• Actively co-led the team from no Minimum Viable Product as at 2017 to having 13 tested and trusted products in the market as at April 2023.
• Led the team to build a customer base expansion into 9 states of Nigeria and achieved international presence in few stores in some African countries and in the UK. All through partnership facilitation.
• As a communication strategist, I supported Afrilewa Limited through a grant application and won $5,000 in grants.
• De-escalated issues, preventing customer and stakeholder complaints from building up into full blown crisis.
• Handled all sensitive communications, mitigated risks, protected and boosted Afrilewa’s reputation.

• I led the academy work stream of the Selection (recruitment) and Academy (training) Frameworks development project.
• I developed project progress report drafts for the Managing Partner's review before final delivery to the client.
• I managed training operations towards delivering quality content and satisfactory training experience while effectively and profitably managing all key stakeholders.
• I developed, with helpful supervision of my managing partner, academy assets including but not limited to training timetable, course content prototype for the training programme, course outlines and objectives for all courses, draft of assessment framework etc.

• Actively participated in conducting employee competency audit, redesigning and editing policies and templates along best practices whilst liaising with team members to capture all activities and tasks delivered for comprehensive report writing and timely submission at DeeBee Consulting Limited.
• I co-developed the training material and co-facilitated a two-day training on Selling To Achieve Results (STARs) and Team Building For Peak Performance in February 2022 for Flexolutions Limited.
• I ensure functional organisation of various training participants for proper coordination from enrollment to distribution of certificates whilst effectively managing correspondences for Orizon Boon Limited.
• I developed training curricula including content sourcing for over 10 training courses for Orizon Boon Limited.
• I trained senior staff members of various state governments gathered from across the nation at the Ibadan Business School on Leadership and People Management Skills for Delivering Optimal Results in Programme for Results (PforR) Projects – a project of the World Bank, coordinated by the Federal government of Nigeria. 2021.
