Objective: Delivery of all Alternative Funded Project Milestones, Values, Promises and Compliance matrices

• Technical Integration: Coordinates integrated project execution sequence. Manages project portfolio evolution. Identifies project candidates, economic viability of candidates and integrated technical reviews for robustness endorsement
• Partners Alignment: Coordinates weekly scrum and cadence meetings for project updates to ensure alignment by all parties

• Field Production Technologist for 256 Wells in 5 fields; coordinates Well reviews and generates rigless and rig-based proposals (covering Water shut-off, gaslift optimization, Perforation extension, ScSSSV replacement, PB valve installation, Stimulation, dewaxing, Sand control installation/repair, Workover, Recompletion, etc ) to restore quit wells back to production
• Models Wells Inflow and Outflow Performance for Integrated Production Systems Optimization with an average of 1kbopd optimization gains recorded per quarter for each field
• Artificial lift design for well outflow performance improvement – vast experience in gas lift design
• Coordinates annual reservoir and field reviews for in-fill development opportunities identification and quantification
• Analyze monthly well testing results of all producing wells in 5 fields (256 wells) and advise optimal bean sizes for efficient production
• Planning of rig and rigless well intervention operations for safe and cost effective well delivery
• Assistant Drilling supervisor for the successful drilling and completion of 3 offshore horizontal oil wells (7Kbopd); 2 deviated swamp wells (2.4Kbopd), Workover operation of 4 wells (3.5Kbopd) and Well abandonment operation of 2 wells at end of life
• Field Operations supervisor for the facility debottlenecking via well re-routing for production optimization (1.5Kbopd)

• Attended project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts, and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Interviewed clients to gather design information, translating technical data into actionable metrics for engineering projects.
