Authorizes expenditure following the approved annual budget and work plan of NASSCO
Represents the State NASSCO in all its dealings with third parties at the level of the management
Conducts dialogue with donors and those capable of providing complementary technical and administrative skills and financial resources
Delegates his authority to the Staff of SOCU to the extent necessary for the efficient performance of SOCU activities
Chairs all SOCU meetings
Ensures regular reporting and adheres to SOCU reporting with the State Planning Commission
Ensures regular reporting and adheres to SOCU reporting relationship with PFMU
Performs such other duties as may be required for the effective functioning of NASSCO in the State.
