• Supports activities of field rigging personnel engaged in all lifting and rigging activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, lift plans and method statements.
• Ensured strict compliance with rigging / lifting related codes and standards, Client specifications and appropriate legislative.
• ·Effective implementation of task plans, lift plans, procedures, and other relevant project documentation.
• Ensured all lifting / rigging equipment is functional, in a safe condition, certified for the required task and appropriately maintained.
• Ensure sufficient rigging gears are available on site, certified for use and appropriately stored and ready for the next use.
• Involved in all risk assessments to ensure critical, complicated, and complex lifts are engineered to the relevant standards.
• Ensuring best practice for lifting operations on site as required by Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER)

• Oversee daily operations to achieve high productivity levels.
• Direct and coordinate maintenance activities of physical plant maintenance, including facilities equipment maintenance; utilities operations and maintenance to equipment safety and environmental compliance.
• Ensuring maintenance plans are executed according to time schedule and work scope.
• Aim for optimal equipment performance by conducting regular preventive maintenance, minimizing the need for breakdown repairs.
• Housekeeping, direct subordinates to carry out cleaning, greasing, and maintaining drilling tools and equipment to prevent malfunction.

• Direct and coordinate maintenance activities of physical plant maintenance, including facilities equipment maintenance; utilities operations and maintenance to equipment safety and environmental compliance.
• Scheduling repair technician to carry out services and others maintenance as it required.
• Aim for optimal equipment performance by conducting regular preventive maintenance, minimizing the need for breakdown repairs.
• Ensuring the equipment maintenance tracks in line with computerized maintenance management system (cmms), tracked register are fully utilized, review and analyze weekly to monitor the functionality status of every equipment and machinery.
• Ensuring maintenance plans are executed according to time schedule and work scope.
• Reduce to ALARP the production downtime due to equipment breakdown to ensure quality delivery.

• Verifying weight of load does not exceed the safe working load (SWL) or Working Load Limit (WLL) of lifting appliances.

• Securely connecting and disconnecting lifting accessories to loads and accessories to lifting appliances.

• Establishing a Red Zone, ensuring task areas are kept clear of non-essential Personnel, and including the deployment of physical barriers where required.

• Maintaining a safe position during lifting.

• Ensure tagline are secure to load for proper orientation.

• Contributing and participating in Toolbox.
