• Analyze operational risks and ensure that mitigation factors are in place including the provision of HSE Controls and mitigation measures in place (PTW, JSA, Pre-Job Meetings).
• Champion pre-mobilization/de-mob activities, including equipment selection, pre-trip checks, QA/QC on equipment and processes, pipe management, fatigue tracking of CT string.

• Plan and coordinate all coiled tubing operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Interface with clients and other service lines, ensuring job objectives are met, reports are accurate and operations align with clients objective.
• Troubleshoot and resolve downhole and surface issues; hydraulic failures, pressure anomalies, CT contingencies and well control challenges.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices.
