Construction of multi-floor Marriot Hotel inclusive of Event Centre, Industrial Kitchen and recreational facilities and various utility support structures.

Construction of cement processing factory [civil works only] including hydraulic slipform to cement and clinker storage silos. Other structures included the cement mill, packaging building, limestone, gypsum and conveyor structures.

• Design, build and commission of 10 floor specialist hospital including waste and water treatment works, diesel storage and standby generators.
• Co-ordination of design with architect, engineers, procurement and management of construction.

• Construction, commissioning and delivery of raw water treatment, inclusive of 5 mega litre reservoir, pump station, pipe lines, elevated water tower, pulsator, filter, backwash structures and various chemical processing buildings.
• Design, supply and installation of the Civil and Building scope of work, including earthworks for rail trackwork, service roads, equipment rooms (concrete), platform extensions, new platforms, pedestrian bridges, and the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing PRASA Central Traffic Control Building (CTC).
• Section Manager responsible for the installation of 40km of both mild steel and stainless steel welded 1800mm pipes for TCTA (Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority), including various valve, scour chambers, bulk earthworks and surface blasting.
• Construction of Sewer Pump Station and installation of approximately 8km of both medium pressure and gravity flow HDPE 1400mm sewer pipe for Ethekwini Municipality. 1.2km elevated section comprising 17 elevated manholes, 104No post tension bridge beams,1350mm concrete pipes and various chambers.
• Construction of 2 major workshop facilities, namely CVR (Container Vehicle Repair), and SCW (Straddle Carrier Workshop) for Transnet, including of mechanical design, supply and installation.
• Site management of 60 retail units and anchor store Pick n Pay Hyper for Keystone Developments (45 000²).

• Construction management, programme and procurement for the supply and installation of 135 000sqm of floor screeds (concrete and semi-dry), and 85 000 sqm of hard floor conglomerate tiling for BAA.
• Project management, programme, design and procurement for the supply and installation of 12 800sqm of external granite paving for BAA.
• French Anstrude and Buxy Bayadere limestone rainscreen faҫade to the external elevations, including soffits. Overall quantity 3 500sqm, including scaffolding, stainless steel support, frame, damp proofing and insulation to primary envelope frame. Main contractor : Shepherd Construction.
• External limestone cladding to promenade concrete frame (2500sqm). External granite paving to promenades (3000sqm). Internal limestone floor to rotating footbridges (1000sqm). Pre-cast concrete cladding to London Underground Jubilee Line link (500sqm). Main Contractor : Canary Wharf Contractors.
• Portland and French Lens limestone faҫade and granite plinths to the external elevations. Overall quantity 5500sqm, including circular columns, solid coping, cornices, louvres, copings and soffits. Main Contractor : Sir Robert McAlpine.
• Two Phase design, supply and installation of Internal limestone flooring, column bases and small cladding elements (10000sqm). First phase (40%) involved the removal and replacement of the existing floors in a 'live' retail centre. Phase 2 - New Build extension as part of the Town Centre Regeneration Project. Main Contractor : Laing O'Rourke.
