• Preparations of SOP (standard operating procedures) for all the pumps, compressors and all other non-rotating equipments.
• Performing system walk down to initiate punch points and follow up for clearance of punch points.
• To execute pre-commissioning/commissioning activities like water flushing, air blowing, card board blasting, steam blowing, nitrogen purging, leak test, column/vessel internal inspection, lube oil flushing, system box up etc.
• Confirmation checks for the cause & effects, process interlocks and ESD system.
• Initial start-up, trouble shooting, and conduct performance test run.
• To coordinate with licensor, client, PMC, vendors and commissioning team.
• Initial start-up and Operation of plant from control room through DCS/PLC system till performance guarantee test run.
• Commissioning & Operations of various Process Equipment's like pumps, Compressors, Columns etc.
• Responsible Engineer for operational safety during Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up & Shut Down of Plants.
• Responsible for fire and safety measures in plant and having knowledge of fire and safety procedure.
