• Creating partnerships and efficiently improving cooperation with regulatory bodies, legislative and law enforcement authorities through professional relationship management and compliance to regulatory requirements.
• Building a strong compliance culture amongst staff through adoption of a partnership and advisory posture as well as effective communication.
• Ensuring the update and use of the ‘Rule Book' covering the AML/CFT compliance and risk universe of the bank.
• Undertaking environmental scanning and providing advice through intelligence led analysis to senior management.
• Ensuring due diligence at on-boarding and continuous monitoring of the transactions on customer and staff accounts to promote acceptable risk culture of the bank.
• Conduct daily monitoring of Correspondent Banks Activities such as Transactions screenings through AML/CFT platforms and Enhanced Due Diligence processes in order to prevent money laundering and other financial crimes.

• Achieved a 91% service excellence performance rating by increasing the Bank's customer base whilst delivering excellent Customer service on all Customer Service Complaints within 10 months.

• Immersed High school students in intercultural communication, focusing on bilingual exposures by teaching French to Native English speakers.
