I manage company’s Key Accounts in collaboration with Sales Regional Managers.

I coordinate activities for profitable after sales engagement in accordance with company policies

with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.



I participate in trade shows, conferences, document and follow up on leads.



I also effectively utilize KAM principles to retain clients and expand client business with

company.



I have successfully launched 3 brands and developed business in a new specialty.



I plan and execute marketing campaigns in 34 Health Institutions all over the country.



I coordinate budgeting activities regarding assigned products and ensuring marketing activities

fall within the budget.



I conduct market research, document, analyze and summarize data for use by head of marketing

for use in presentations and budget defense.



I oversee promotional activities and product awareness including print and electronic mail.



I coordinate product exhibition activities during national medical conferences.



I coordinate every activity of 23 Medical Representatives and 5 Regional Sales Managers across

Nigeria.



I have also Initiated "Best Abstract Awards" for Cardiologists.



I partnered with Nigerian Cardiac Society on Nationwide Webinar during Covid-19 Pandemic to

educate member of the society.



I develop and implement new process for employee evaluation which resulted in marked

performance improvements.

LiveWell Initiative LWI (RC: 692490), is a self-sustaining not-for-profit health-promotion and empowerment organisation with a national orientation and an international outlook. In LWI as a Regional Manager - North (Volunteer Member), I help to empower million Nigerians and Ghanaians directly and indirectly by proxy contact through health literacy in education and campaign on wellness behaviours.

I work with other healthcare team to frequently hosts undergraduates and graduates from across Nigeria, and from various universities within the country for their Internship program (as a preceptor). This runs from as short as three months to as long as a year. In the program, interns are shown; organizational culture, ethics with moral principles. Also, here I advocate for wellness behaviour and training in capacity building, communication language, accountability as well as report writing.

One of the major tasks I enjoy doing in LWI is the community health outreach within the country metropolis. This outreach addresses diverse related issues, form eye care, blood pressure check, BMI, screening exercise, health education and talk, family planning education awareness, mother and child campaign and cardio-metabolic screening and how to deal with work related stress (mental health).
