Verify cargo quantities, manifests, tally sheets, and loading records.

Prepare shift reports, cargo handling reports, incident reports, and operational logs.

Ensure accurate documentation of cargo movement.

Minimize vessel waiting time and cargo delays.

Monitor loading/discharge rates to meet operational targets.
