A confident and highly organized HR Professional with experience in Modern HR practices, Recruitment, Organizational Structuring, Talent Management and Policy development.

Over the years of experience, I have developed very high competency skills such as : Leadership skill, Behavioral skill, integrity, Emotional intelligent and Active listening skill.

As the HR Manager in Zenith Medical & Kidney Center Lagos, I have successfully increased the organization’s Staff strength from 19 staff to 75 staff at present. This included Training, Departmental onboarding, job Descriptions and work place safety & compliance, all this was accomplished with a team of Medical expertise.

In collaboration with the management, I developed workplace policies like work hour policy, sexual harassment policy, dress code policy etc Employee benefits & reward system like Lunch & Learn, Health Affairs , weekly Leads Team bonding, Employee of the month .

During my NYSC service at National Sesame Seed Association of Nigeria, I served successfully as a monitoring & evaluating officer. I implemented Monitoring guidelines and evaluated agricultural farmers, farm lands and farm produce which aimed at attracting local and foreign importers /exporters, buyers and consumer of all agricultural production.

At the end of every farming season, I evaluate my performances and that of the entire team and progressively submit written reports on every project carried out to the end. This provided a work environment that represented the ministry at its best.

Furthermore, I pursued my desire in counseling by volunteering in a Mental Health “NGO” where I worked with a group of trained professionals in psychology, psychotherapy/counseling by administrating support and reformation of mind to those who are depressed, suicidal abused, etc.

As a mental health officer, I wrote and designed a pamphlet on mental health for children & Teenagers, organized and held counseling class with children at primary/secondary schools and tertiary level, helping them make informed choices and develop coping skills to overcome their academic challenges as well as socio-cultural confrontations and prevent dropouts.
