- Toes were eliminated and good floor conditions were achieved by properly dipping the holes, using the required number of explosives and stemming material as well as the use of sleeves where there is a running hole by the QAQC team concurrently
- Drill rods and bits break/lost were significantly reduced to about 80% due to regular marking of blast limits, which ensured drillers do not drill through back breaks and power troughs.
- Provided assistance in resolving any discrepancies found between actual measurements and those predicted by computer models.
- Supervised junior surveyors on field assignments, providing guidance and instruction as needed.
