SUPPLY MANAGEMENT/Shipments

• Make procurement plans for Office equipment, stationaries, drugs medical consumables implemented according to grants while ensuring that all procurement procedure are respected according to Donors’ and PUI guideline, with validity of procurement files edited by the Log Manager and working closely with person requesting the purchase. Contribute to plan and eventually supervise the shipment and delivery of materials/equipment up to their final destination.

• Assist Deputy Logistics Manager to prepare drug orders, and needs estimate for local procurement of drugs/medical equipment.

• Prepare stock order for appropriate transportation method, upon receiving the goods, inspect them, facilitates proper inventory, and organize their storage.

• Select suppliers who meets the CBA requirement and also receive quotas from suppliers along with management imputes chose the most appropriate suppliers.

PROCUREMENT VALIDATION

• Responsible for the procurement check for drugs and medical consumables for proper validation of all procurement which comes from the different bases.

• support the logistics with the procurement process from all health units for the opening of tenders (participation, correction, validation)
