3. People restructuring in Nestle Nigeria- 12 people movement within a team of 68 at the central distribution center which yielded more process effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

4. Implementation of the ‘Transport Maximization project’ in Lafarge Nigeria Plc- Using e-auction to buy logistics service. This improved delivery efficiency from between 70-75% to 85-90% and also yielded NGN104 Million savings in year 2009/2010.

5. Implementation of a forward looking trucking strategy in Lafarge cement Plc, a project that ensured all year round truck availability year on year from 2013 till my exit (deployed 300 dedicated trucks on operations without any CAPEX implication despite being a cashless transaction).

6. People and process realignment within the entire supply chain and procurement team in Lafarge, repositioning 15 roles that impacted positively on 34 employees as part of the right sizing exercise of the organization at that time.
