Aiming to alleviate the burden of hiring–from recruiting and interviewing to training and management.

The company is also engaged in Talent outsourcing, B2B and B2C services, Business Process Outsourcing and community development. In my role I worked closely with the Finance Team & other relevant stakeholders to develope platforms & tools for managing the loan activities & processes. My duties, responsibilities and achievements include:

• Increased the company's student admission, and revenue metric by 30% within 6 months by Owning, Designing, and Deploying 3 Student Loan Programs as relates to products & systems for student loans; Deliver MRDs, PRDs, User Stories, and User & process flows, with prioritized features/activities and corresponding justification based on business & customer impact using the Agile methodology.
• Own product metric querying, dash-boarding, and alerting roadmap by understanding the market deeply, engaging with our top-tier customers, deciding priorities, and making trade-offs
• Lead the customer experience team of 5, managing subscriptions, requests, onboarding funnel, measuring drop-off, and providing monthly performance and evaluation management for clients, with 85% growth and retention rate
• Support in product/project delivery for International and Local Placements as required: E.g., Creation of epics & tickets, Following up with the Engineering team, QA & testing, et al
• Communicated & clarified my product requirements to the Product Delivery team, to enable them to break the requirements down into epics & tickets, and worked effectively with the Engineering Team

• Worked with different Android Engineering Teams to build mobile applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Out sourced as an astute Android Engineer and Technical Support Engineer to companies like Vertex, Indeed, Opay, Babban-Gona, Baby Bliss.
• Worked as Technical Support Engineer for Opay and Managed the Opay Payment Gateway and Checkout System, overseeing and managing the successful onboarding of over 40 merchants and providing them with technical support.
• Coordinated testing and validation procedures through software development lifecycle.
• Created app documentation which provided all pertinent information including features, capabilities and benefits.

NewFaith Business Cooperation is a Microfinance and Investment firm with major service offerings in thrift, book-keeping, loans and auditing. My role and duties here included:

• Built the B2B and B2C mobile and web application NEWSAFE; an app for thrift, savings, withdrawals, investments, and other microfinance operations
• Built an e-commerce website for the company
• Constantly review customer feedback and suggested ways to improve the processes and customer service levels, which increased the satisfaction rate by 75%
• Built and maintained relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies, and partners in order to get access to new opportunities
• Built a pipeline of 20+ business loans, generating 10M in MRR in the B2B vertical, and increased my team's monthly revenue by 5M in MRR in the B2C vertical
• Designed interesting, persuasive presentation materials to communicate key learnings and recommendations to senior-level executives
