• Facilitate Construction Supervision, management, coordination, administration and strict enforcement of the Construction scope included as part of the EPC Contract in line with the Client's objective of progressing Work Order completion timely and to the project schedule.
• Review and provide input to the overall construction/installation plan, procedures, and construction/installation requirements to ensure efficient constructability.
• Ensure the construction/installation plan, procedures, and requirements developed by the contractor comply with the Scope of Work intent and requirements.
• Taking part in site surveys and generation of reports where required.
• Coordinate and assist fabrication works at subcontractor’s fabrication facilities.
• Supervise, monitor, and inspect the work of subcontractors at the construction site in refurbishing mechanical equipment such as Heat Exchangers, Air Fan Coolers, Pumps, Columns, Drums, Compressor, Turbine, and Boiler.
• Maintain the contractor’s adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements for construction.
• Coordinate with Project controls on the progress of work order issuance, and proposed completion dates.
• Support commissioning works by supervising the testing of pumps and motors (speed, vibration, temperature and noise level).
• Full working knowledge of construction activities with the relevant discipline.

• Review & monitor quality control programs developed by construction contractors.
• Review QAQC programs, design drawings, engineering specifications & standards.
• Perform external Inspections for in-service equipment such as Shell and Tube Exchangers, Drums, Columns, Heater, and Tanks.
• Perform internal Inspections for Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, and Exchanger.
• Perform refractory inspection for heater and boiler.
• Perform visual inspection of rotating equipment such as pumps, turbine and compressor prior to repair with the coordination of sub-contractor, owner’s engineer and client.
• Perform inspection of assembled pumps, installation, alignment and equipment testing.
• Maintain and update static and rotating equipment records and historical data.
• Support field installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment.
• Provide technical support to repair and overhaul rotating equipment such as dismantling, diagnosing, assembling, testing, and issue related technical reports.
• Conduct site inspections as per approved drawings, ITP, and QCP’s and see to it that all works conform to project specifications, IFC drawings, and approved method statements.

• Input Asset Tag such as pipelines, valves and equipment tags in project software or CCMS which is Smart Completion by Hexagon.
• Assigning Asset Type for specific asset tags in accordance with the discipline, system and sub-system.
• Assigning applicable Inspection Test Report for asset tags of pipelines, valves, and mechanical equipment.
• Prepare Test Package to be used in the commissioning of the plant.
• Prepare method statements, procedures, and routines as required.
• Review general procedures to be used in commissioning such as blowing, flushing, and leak test.
• Prepare mark-up P&ID for valve status prior to blowing and leak testing.

• Checking of bar code on the steel members and checking of material in accordance with purchase order and checking of storage in lay down area upon receipt of material.
• Inspection of pad plate elevation for structural columns before erection.
• Ensure proper cleaning and paint touch-up before erection.
• Checking of verticality and alignment of structural columns.
• Bolt tightening inspection of steel members.
• Ensure the structure is installed as per the approved drawings.
• Prepare reports for the inspection performed.
• Witness and monitor suppliers/contractors' work activities, inspection, and test in accordance with the approved Quality Plan, ITP, Quality Procedures and etc.
• Report resource requirements in a timely manner, and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Ensure erection activities are done according to drawings and requirements.

• Review overall Material Specialist activities.
• Checks all materials delivery approval with complete certificates in conformance with approved MD&S or Delivery Notes.
• Participate in planning for contractor materials mobilization & demobilization materials.
• Provide work direction to a materials support staff including both short term problem solving & long-term materials support strategy planning.
• Preparation of bulk material take-off for various units in the project IFC Package.
• Prepare and maintain a Material Tracking Sheet.
• Handling EPCM Purchasing all commodities, piping supplies, electrical and instrumentation, coordinating with vendors on various issues until the PO is closed out.
• Prepare a material summary report and purchase order updates from the purchase requisition, and follow up with the procurement department to ensure that the requested material is not delayed on site.
• Coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to determine the timing of inspections for inspectable materials.

• Commissioning and testing of temporary sewage treatment plant of Shell Philippines Exploration Malampaya.
• Installation of a temporary Sewage Treatment Plant in Shell Malampaya.
• Ensure equipment and pipes are installed as per drawing and requirements.
• Isolating other systems for commissioning purposes.
• Monitoring of performance of the STP (Flow, Temperature, Pressure).
• Gathering data of parameters for further analysis.
• Ensure all parameters correspond to standards and requirements.
• Taking samples and testing them to conform with government standards.
• Coordinate all activities with to permit coordinator for safety purposes.
• Monitoring of existing construction projects such as wastewater treatment facilities and mobile sewage treatment plants.
• Mobilizing all materials and equipment needed in the existing project as per the project plan and schedule.
• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations and marketing efforts of personnel, transport, motor pool maintenance, and services.
• Inform management and recommend action on matters affecting the operations of the total waste management program for the ultimate benefit of the valued clients.

• Ensure the required and appropriate permit to work (PTW) is available and validated by an authorized signatory.
• Conduct inspections on tank erection and Installation.
• Perform Quality control punch listing.
• Witness hydro test and pneumatic testing.
• Conduct static and rotating shaft alignment inspection for Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine & Pumps.
• Check plumbness and straightness of structures such as pipe rack, structural, GT by-pass, and HRSG main stacks.

Has knowledge of the inspection and installation of castable refractory in primary and secondary reformer equipment, based on KBR standards and procedures.

Internal inspection, such as trays and other components inside the vessel (downcomer clearance, cleaning, bolt tightening/torquing), is to be conducted as per manual procedures and standards.

• Monitoring of abnormalities inside the plant and making report to repair or prevent the abnormalities.
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
• Check inventory and stocks and make inventory report.
• Secure orders and assess cost of each material and consumables.
• Schedule order & delivery of consumables used in shut down maintenance.

• Detailing of design drawings by my superior.
• Studying design of mechanical equipment such as pressure vessels and heat exchanger.
