• Ensure inputs procurement are in alignment with budget
• Get at least 3 vendor quotes for each class of inputs to be purchased
• Recommend vendor to be selected for procurement of inputs subject to delivery timing, quality and amount

• Review all request for stock from Production Officers for adequacy with Grower's hectares planted
• Monitor all stock releases from Farm clusters to Growers and report on stock movements

• All Growers contracted for farming season must have their actual number of hectares verified
• All seed deliveries for each grower must be verified
• Deviations from planned harvest (in tones) and actual deliveries must be reported per grower stating reasons
• Ensure growers are paid within 14 days of deliveries of seed to Central Warehouse based on contract terms pre-agreed
• Ensure actual disbursement for farm operations do not exceed budget
• Seek for budgetary approval where cost of farm operations would exceed limit
• Ensure prompt retirement of advances to Production officers not more than 1 week of advance
• No subsequent advances to Production Officers with unreconciled advances
• Ensure monthly and timely remittance of PAYE (Accurate Computation)
• Accurate computation and timely schedule sending to PFA
• Accurate account balances with ASCN and Vendor Statement
• Evidence of payment in ASCN bank account

· Confirmed balances from vendors

· Ensure staff request for cash advance for trips/task are promptly paid subject to approval

· Monitor and collect staff expense retirements and vet for accuracy in line with ASCN policies.

· Post cash advances, weekly vendor payments and retirements on SAGE

· Print out General Ledgers and review all postings made in the month for accuracy and completeness
