Developed a process to manage the flow of information from various Departments and Units in the Agency to the Contact centre. This ensured that Agents in the Contact Centre have real-time information readily available. This also, improved the Customer Satisfaction Rating by 17%.
Understudied the existing email infrastructure to determine the low adoption on the use of company email in the Agency and implemented recommendations which led to the increase in adoption of company email by up to 40%.
