- Leading the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), Civil, and Mechanical departments to ensure smooth plant operations and minimal downtime by developing both local and overseas vendors for timely procurement of spares and maintaining adequate inventory of critical components.
- Leading the Stores as a Method Manager for the implementation of FDS to categorize item codes and minimize spare parts inventory.
- Currently, I am independently handling seven projects, out of which six have been successfully handed over to the production team.
- Lead E&I department ensuring uninterrupted plant operations and energy efficiency.
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical assets.
- Manage procurement and availability of local and imported spares.
- Supervise automation upgrades including SCADA and centralized HMI systems.
- Implement ISO-compliant documentation for QMS and maintenance standards.
- Conduct workforce training to enhance technical competency and safety culture.
- Commissioned 10 FLS weigh feeders for Raw & Cement Mills.
- Commissioned the new roto packer, classifier 4th generation, Bag filters for VSK to minimize the dust emission.
- Installed solid flow meters for kiln TPH accuracy and process reliability.
- Achieved plant breakdown reduction from 2.5% to 0.012%.
- Designed and executed 33 KV power line from Lafarge Substation.
- Implemented preventive maintenance system (ISO-based) across departments.
