- I coordinated the establishment of country chapters and/or activities in six pilot countries: Nigeria, Kenya, Liberia, Chile, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines, leveraging the World Maritime University (WMU) alumni.

Accomplishments
Founding the Global Ocean Literacy Initiative (GOLI), a nonprofit, non-governmental organization registered in Sweden and the Liberian Corporate Registry.
