I have more than one start-up experience with admirable results to show for them. My experience spans the down stream Oil Sector to Financial Services & Consultancy, Automobiles and Tech. Being a goal getter; who is excellent at multi tasking, team player and adept at Team leadership; I have learnt overtime to "lead from the back and let others believe they are in front" -(Nelson Mandela); this way, when opportunities are given to other team members to explore and use their initiatives they brainstorm how the leader would approach the problem and thus become solution focused rather than problem focused and by this, more leaders are created from amongst the group/team and everybody shine together as well and learn too.
