Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance within the organization.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development initiatives to ensure talent retention and growth.

5. Client Relations and Business Development:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance business opportunities and brand loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business ventures, partnerships, and opportunities to expand the company's portfolio.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction, addressing any concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

6. Market and Industry Insights:

  • Stay current with industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to ensure PSKS Hospitalities remains competitive and innovative.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on marketing strategies, pricing models, and new service offerings to stay ahead in the market.

7. Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Oversee risk management strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks.
  • Ensure all facilities and services comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
